I am very patient and believe that my services must include answering questions and keeping in touch.  For the buyer, the right home is out there – I don’t give up, even if it takes looking at 50 different homes – when we see the right home, you will know it.  For the seller, I will treat your home the same as if it were my own – I will do everything in my power to sell your home – If you’ve already moved out, I will go in and “soft stage” your bathrooms & kitchen, free of charge so your home will still have a homey feel – I personally check on all of my listings about every 10 days which includes checking the interior if the home is vacant.
